My first book by Bob burg. Great book with plenty of knowledge and experience shared. Easy to read and understand. Highly recommend.

I bought this book after reading "The Go-Giver" (which Burg co-authored) and being amazed by his insight and incredibly successful sales approach ideas. If you are looking for tools to grow your sales while making yourself more valuable to your customers, this is definitely a worthwhile investment. It not only provides insight into techniques that will boost your sales but highlights common mistakes that actually "squash" your sales.

The author wastes no time in getting down to business. How many of us haven't choked at the "who do you know" or "if you could name 10 people" questions. I was not disappointed.

While all of us in sales know just how valuable referrals are, there has never been an "ideal" way of asking for or offering referrals. It starts out with information you can use immediately. The book covers in depth the referral process of sales and offers much more.
